Snap the shoulder buckles up. Thus, the upper and lower parts of the harness are connected.
Slide your dog's head through the neck opening, with the handle facing up.
The front hook-and-loop panel should be on your dog’s chest.

How to Put on the Tactical Dog Harness

Arrange the bottom straps between your dog's two front legs, under the belly.
After properly position the harness on your dog's body, clasp the straps using the two side buckles.

Pull out and straighten the Neck, Chest, and Belly Straps accordingly to fit your dog's body.
You should be able to fit Two Fingers between your dog's body and any part of the harness.
