What is the weight limit

The stairs are foam but you have the option to put a PP board on each step o under the fabric so it can be more stable. It has a maximum weight capacity of 60 pounds, so you can rest assured that your pet can use it.

Does the pet stairs slip easily on hard floors, wobbles or tips over when in use?

No, our product has been designed and tested to be stable and slip-resistant on hard floors. It is suitable for dogs of all sizes and has been reinforced with special anti-slip bottom structures to prevent wobbling or tipping during use.

Is the width of the dog steps suitable for larger dogs?

Pettycare dog steps are extra-wide and suitable for larger dogs, providing additional stability and support for safe and easy access to higher surfaces.

After receiving the dog stairs, how long does it take to return to normal?

After removing the foam from the compression bag, please allow 24-48 hours for the foam to fully expand before use. Please note that the inner foam is not washable.
